About Teqfocus: Teqfocus is seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect and Cloud Engineer to join our growing cloud engineering team. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS services, strong experience in API integrations, virtual machine (VM) orchestration, and expertise in AWS Connect . The ideal candidate will have a strong development background and a passion for scalable, automated cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. API Development and Integration Design, develop, and manage robust, secure APIs for seamless data exchange between various enterprise systems. Implement integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as print and mail services, using RESTful APIs and AWS Lambda. Maintain detailed documentation for API endpoints, request/response formats, and integration workflows. 2. AWS Connect and Contact Center Engineering Design and manage Amazon Connect flows, queues, routing profiles, and integration with third-party systems. Implement features using Contact Lens for call analytics, sentiment analysis, and compliance tracking. Create and manage custom call flows, Lex bots, and Lambda functions to enhance contact center capabilities. 3.
