Tendering Engineer

As a project documentation coordinator, your responsibilities will include maintaining records of project documentation, preparing Tender EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), Tender fees, and other related documents. You will be in charge of submitting PQ-related documents for tendering and ensuring timely dispatch of tenders. It will be your duty to update tender-related data on a daily and monthly basis. A crucial aspect of this role is having knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety systems, as well as ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (IMS). You will be expected to implement and improve IMS systems within the organization. Identifying the training needs of departmental employees and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs will also fall under your purview. In addition, you will be responsible and accountable for the implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety management practices. Your role will involve overseeing the compliance of these systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance environmental and workplace safety standards.,
