Job Title: Tender Executive Location : Mumbai Experience Required: 1-2 years Industry Preference: Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Salary: 18k - 20k Job Role Overview: A Tender Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation and submission of bids or tenders, typically in response to government or institutional procurement opportunities. In the pharma and healthcare sector, this involves handling tenders for drugs, medical equipment, and related services. Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification & Analysis Monitor portals (e.g. GEM, CPPP, e-procurement platforms) for relevant tender opportunities. Review and analyse tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) for eligibility and feasibility. Documentation & Submission Collect and compile company documents: product registrations, licenses, authorizations. Coordinate with regulatory, sales, and finance teams to prepare technical and financial bids. Ensure timely submission of tenders (online and offline). Compliance & Coordination Ensure all documents are compliant with tender specifications. Post-Tender Activities Track bid results and debriefings. Maintain documentation and records for audits and future references. Skills Required: Knowledge of public procurement processes (especially in healthcare) Familiarity with pharma regulatory documentation Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and documentation tools Time management and attention to detail Qualifications: Minimum graduate required. Prior experience in tendering (1–3 years typically required) Understanding of pharma industry standards and government procurement norms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
