Job Title: Sales Executive – Healthcare (Government Sector) Department: Sales Reports To: National Sales Manager Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales in the healthcare industry with a focus on government accounts . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building relationships within government bodies and institutions. Key Responsibilities: Navigate public procurement processes, including tenders , bidding , and RFP submissions . Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations , product demos , and technical pitches to clients. Work with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to ensure proposals meet all regulations and client requirements. Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client information, opportunities, and pipeline updates. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors within the government healthcare segment. Ensure timely follow-ups, post-sales support, and client satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field. 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices , with a focus on government or institutional clients . Strong knowledge of government procurement processes , public tenders , and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as required within the assigned region. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with public sector healthcare organizations . Existing relationships with government hospitals , healthcare procurement agencies , or ministries . Familiarity with e-procurement platforms like GeM (Government eMarketplace) or state-level tender portals .
