Job Description

Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and close sales.
Inbound Handling: Answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support or information.
Product/Service Promotion: Clearly explaining the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
Lead Generation & Qualification:Identifying potential customers and gathering information to qualify leads for sales teams.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Sales Conversion: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Customer Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback on products, services, or customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and sales data.
Following Up: Following up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales or engagement.
Meeting Targets: Achieving daily/weekly call targets and sales quotas.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Adaptability: Handling rejections and objections with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,073.98 - ₹20,883.04 per month
