Additionally, you will oversee premises management, health and safety guidelines, and archival portfolio ownership for the branch. It is essential that you demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-centric approach. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in banking operations, along with a graduate or post-graduate qualification, is required.
