Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team. You'll handle outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and assist customers while maintaining high-quality interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce offerings, generate leads, and set appointments.
Handle inbound calls: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable solutions.
Log call details and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with sales/marketing teams by sharing customer feedback.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Familiar with CRM systems and basic office tools.

Skills & Traits

Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
Persuasive with strong objection-handling abilities.
Patient, resilient, and capable of working under pressure.
Organized, detail-oriented, with effective time management.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
