Telesales for Aesthetic Clinics

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive with proven experience in clinic-based or aesthetic service sales . The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, convert leads, follow up on consultations, and play a key role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns (Social Media, WhatsApp, Website). Explain aesthetic services such as PRP, Botox, Fillers, Laser, Hair Transplant, and Skincare treatments to potential clients. Follow up with interested leads to book appointments and convert to consultations/sales. Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-up notes. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets. Understand client needs, suggest suitable treatments, and build long-term rapport. Coordinate with the clinic front desk and doctors to ensure smooth client experience. Handle basic WhatsApp and call inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in telesales or front desk sales at an aesthetic/dermatology/plastic surgery/healthcare clinic . Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi . Confident and persuasive with strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of skincare and aesthetic treatments is a must . Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business. Preferred Candidate: Has worked in aesthetic, cosmetic dermatology, or wellness clinics. Has a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness industries. Lives in or near South Delhi for easier commute.
