The ideal candidate should have prior experience in banking or financial telesales, with a strong ability to convert leads into successful closures. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card and loan products . Understand customer needs and explain suitable financial products effectively. Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and update customer information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and current market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and data confidentiality norms.
