Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Agent to join our team at our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales, with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. You will be responsible for outbound calling, generating leads, explaining our services, and converting leads into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company’s products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role (minimum 1–2 years).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Saltlake Sector 5, Kolkata.
• Basic computer proficiency is a must.

Salary:

INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
