We are looking for an energetic Telemarketing Executive to handle incoming leads, follow up with prospective clients (dealers, contractors, engineers), and assist in recruitment calls and coordination tasks. Responsibilities : Call and follow up with leads from WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and dealer references Explain product benefits (Crosslock cover blocks) in simple language Maintain and update lead sheet/CRM Assist in shortlisting candidates for field sales roles Coordinate with courier/logistics when required Key Requirements : Fluent in Hindi & English Good communication skills & confidence on calls Basic computer knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Focal Point, Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
