Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales:Making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Customer Interaction:Providing information about products or services, addressing customer queries, and handling complaints professionally.
Sales Target Achievement:Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Collaboration:Working closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Product Knowledge:Developing a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits.
Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
