Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents/leads generated through various sources.
• Explain courses, admission procedures, scholarships, and career benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain accurate call records, update CRM/leads database, and follow up promptly.
• Handle inbound queries and guide students on the application & enrollment process.
• Meet or exceed call targets & conversion goals.
• Support the admissions & marketing team during events, campaigns, and webinars.
• Collect feedback from prospects to improve communication and outreach strategies.

Key Requirements

✅ Education: Any graduate

• 1–3 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or student counseling (preferably in education sector)

✅ Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication (English + Kannada/Tamil/Hindi advantage)
• Strong convincing & persuasion ability
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
• Ability to work under target-driven environment
