The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of telecom concepts such as BSS (Business Support System), OSS (Operational Support System), RAN (Radio Access Network), and core network technologies, along with comprehensive expertise in testing processes across various stages, especially in enterprise certification and end-to-end testing within the telecom domain. A solid grasp of customer journey certification, from ordering to network provisioning, as well as knowledge of AT&T retail front-end applications and customer data flow through downstream systems is highly preferred. Exceptional automation skills, with proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with AI-TAP tools, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities, are essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, a talent for designing and executing detailed test plans, and the ability to analyze test results, report metrics, and drive defects to resolution in a cross-functional team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 4+years of exp in Open stack Automation Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of OpenStack architecture and components, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Ansible or Python or Bash. Testing Tools and Frameworks : Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar, and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Operating Systems and Networking : Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking concepts relevant to cloud environments. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and devise effective testing strategies. Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to community discussions.
