Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan/insurance/product promotion.
Explain company services, offers, and benefits to prospects clearly and confidently.
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales/field team.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer contact.
Maintain call logs, database records, and feedback reports.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Work in coordination with the sales and operations team.
0 to 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales (freshers can apply).
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or call entry software is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and meet daily call targets.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a go-getter mindset.
