College Vikalp.com is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telecalling Executives (Telecounsellors) to join our dynamic team. As a Telecounsellor, you will play a vital role in helping students make informed decisions about their education and career. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students over the phone, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable college and options. Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available educational opportunities. Provide detailed information about colleges, courses, and admission procedures. Schedule and invite students for counselling sessions. Maintain follow-ups and build long-term relationships with interested candidates. Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to the team’s goals. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and persuasive phone manner Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to understand and address student queries
