Job Summary:

Yash Enterprises, a leading supplier of roofing materials, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will be essential in driving sales and growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our roofing materials and services.

- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on existing leads.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Develop and maintain knowledge of our roofing materials, including features, benefits, and applications.

- Effectively communicate product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

3. Sales and Lead Generation:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and lead generation goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Update customer information and interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, meeting sales and lead generation goals.

- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.

3. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
