Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Provide detailed information about our services and answer queries.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it as necessary.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
• Handle inquiries and maintain a professional relationship with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any qualification is acceptable.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage clients over the phone.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in telecalling is a plus.
