Job Summary: The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about products or services, answer queries, and generate sales or set appointments. Responsibilities: Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls to potential clients and inform them about products/services. Answer queries about company products, services, and policies. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or forward leads to the sales team. Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets as assigned. Follow up for feedback and maintain good customer relations. Work closely with the sales team in generating leads. Good communication in English, Kannada & Hindi preferred.
