We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Provide accurate information about the product or service. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
