• Customer Service Representative with call center experience.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam Languages.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in educational institutions is a plus
• Persuasive and sweet sounding.
