Telecaller (Customer Service)

We're looking for a Female Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
• Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
• Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customers.
• Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
