Telecaller

We are seeking a persuasive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, providing information about our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to potential customers or follow up with leads.

Lead Generation: Identify potential prospects and convert them into customers.

Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about the company's products or services to customers.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products or services and achieve sales targets.

Data Management: Maintain a database of customers and update records of interactions and sales.

Follow-Ups: Make regular follow-up calls to maintain a relationship with customers.

Reporting: Submit daily or weekly reports on call activity and results to the supervisor.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills.

Persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment:

Office-based with a quiet environment for calls.

May involve working in shifts or weekends depending on the business needs.

Salary:

Fixed base salary plus performance-based incentives.
