Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing information about our products and services, and converting inquiries into sales. The role also involves promoting our retail offerings, handling customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, special offers, and discounts.
• Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs and promote suitable products to increase sales and meet targets.
• Lead Generation: Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team, ensuring high-quality prospects.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product details, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information.
• Data Management: Enter customer details and interaction logs into the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Follow-Up: Ensure follow-ups with customers as necessary to close sales, provide additional product information, or address customer concerns.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback to understand needs, improve service, and suggest improvements to management.
• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or call volume targets set by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the retail industry) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
