Tele Calling Executive

*Job Title:* Part-Time Telecaller/Lead-Based Telecalling

*Reports to:* Team Lead/Manager

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a part-time Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. If you're a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Make Outbound Calls*: Contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and promote our products/services.

- *Lead Generation*: Identify and qualify leads, and pass them on to the sales team.

- *Product Knowledge*: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate with customers.

- *Data Entry*: Update lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system.

- *Meet Targets*: Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

*Requirements:*

- *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- *Telecalling Experience*: Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is an advantage.

- *Product Knowledge*: Ability to learn and understand our products/services.

- *Time Management*: Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.

- *Flexibility*: Willingness to work part-time and adapt to changing priorities.
