Key Responsibilities

• Lead Calling & Conversion
• Call potential clients to explain clinic services, treatment packages, and special offers.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Persuade prospects to schedule consultations and treatments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage appointment bookings in the clinic software accurately.
• Confirm and remind patients about scheduled visits to reduce no-shows.
• Client Relationship Management
• Answer inquiries regarding treatments, pricing, and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
• Update patient records and call status regularly.
• Reporting
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Share daily and weekly performance reports with the Clinic Manager.

Requirements

• 6 months–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (healthcare or wellness preferred).
• Good spoken and written communication skills in [Languages—e.g., English and Hindi].
• Confident, persuasive, and patient-focused approach.
• Basic computer skills to work with CRM or clinic software.
• Ability to work with monthly targets and deadlines.
