Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Hubli Industry: Real Estate Experience: Minimum 6 months Education: PUC/Graduate Salary: Based on experience Job Description: We are hiring Telecallers with excellent communication skills and a pleasant voice to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate projects in Hubli. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of generating appointments and leads through phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about ongoing real estate projects Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into site visits Maintain proper records of daily calls, client details, and follow-ups Coordinate with the sales team for arranging appointments and meetings Handle client queries courteously and professionally Support marketing campaigns through phone outreach Maintain call logs and update lead management system regularly Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or similar sector Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM) Confident, polite, and target-oriented Candidates must be from Hubli Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,428.48 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
