About Orgalife

Orgalife is a growing organic food and wellness brand, offering a wide range of healthy, chemical-free products such as jaggery, oils, millets, and more. We're looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our sales and customer support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Clearly explain Orgalife products and offers.
• Guide customers through the order process and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain call logs, feedback, and lead records.
• Achieve calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team when needed.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
• Confidence and a friendly phone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
• Willingness to learn about products and company vision.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
