Tele Caller Executive-No target

Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product information, answering queries and coordinating with the retailers. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and retailers to promote products or services. coordinate with retailers regarding payment and deliveries. Customer engagement: Provide information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns. Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information. Log details of calls, customer interactions. Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, customer responses, and sales outcomes. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred. Freshers are also welcomed. Females are preferred . Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Self-motivated and results-driven.
