Job Description

Making Outbound Calls
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Handling Inbound Calls
Answer incoming customer calls and address queries.
Provide product or service information.
Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.
Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport with customers to retain business.
Handle complaints or redirect calls to the appropriate department.
Target Achievement
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Feedback and Reporting
Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues.
Share insights from customer interactions with the team.
