Tele Caller Executive ( Female)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining client relationships to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and resolve customer queries. Maintain a daily record of calls and client interactions. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
