Job Description Job Title Vehicle and Logistic Flow simulation Specialist Role (Plant Simulation) Grade Dept VPE (Vehicle Process Engineering Team) Location Chennai one Organization Relationships Reports to Functional Heads of VPE & EFAI Supervises Co-ordinates with: Internal Global EFAI Team, NA & EE Region of other plant teams External Global description Purpose of the Role This role is to manage the activity of simulation in India for the Enlarge Europe customer from India.The simulation will be required due to new project (Vehicle or Industrial), or updates of existing models.There will be different kind of simulation to be performed, using the Plant Simulation Software from Siemens (Version 16.0.11) -Specific simulation on dedicated process portions (Shop simulation, or dedicated simulation on specific areas like complex buffers) -Block model creation of the total plant simulation (vehicle flow in the factory from the Body Shops to the General assembly shop, going through paint shop, buffers, and Body dynamic Central storage) -Simulation of logistics flows (AGV, trains and forklift) Accountable for the Vehicle and Logistic Flow simulation for IAP zone as well. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure the monitoring of the planning, deliverables of the simulation projects, define and apply some action plan to reach the targets Create/Update based on the lay out, start model and input datas provided by EE VPE teams, and based on company standards and best know how: -The block models of the vehicle flows -The simulation on specific processes portions, The simulation on specific logistics flows. Provide the technical documentation (Presentation, simulation model, Spreadsheets, video files,..) from the result of the flow simulations Handover the results, the models and simulation to the EE simulation team Summarize and report his/her activities to the EE VPE leads Communicate effectively and work in collaboration with all customers, suppliers and plant staffs Key Skills Strong knowledge of in-plant logistics and vehicle flow Knowledge about vehicle Shop production processes, main production and maintenance KPIs Complete expertise on process and discrete event flow simulation (Dynamic include random failure) Fluent in English Software skills Plant simulation software from Siemens (Mandatory),(Coding Knowledge is mandatory) Tecnomatix PlantSim MS office PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI AutoCAD Job Specification Qualification Engineering Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience 2 plus years’ Experience at Vehicle and Logistic Flow simulation Competencies Behavioural Skills Leadership, autonomy, agility, ability to negotiate and decide Creative problem-solving and negotiation Effective communication and information exchange Focus on results and cooperation

Job Title : Production Analyst Location: Mehsana, Gujarat Industry: Food Processing Position Summary : To maintain daily SAP work of all lines and do TECO on time. Informing shift executives and manager if any error in SAP. Responsible for monitoring the data of SPC, OEE and other production related data. Responsibilities and Accountabilities : OPERATING SAP Check all raw materials and packing materials are booked correct in SAP on daily basis. Ensure error free TECO through Production. Do TECO on daily for further analysis, so finance make cost report on time. Check shop floor stocks of all materials in SAP vs physical with help of store people and clear on daily basis. SAP super user and help team for further deployment of any new improvement along with fresher training OTHER ROUTINE WORK Check OEE(Power BI) and SPC entry on daily basis. Double check previous day(s) production data in SPC and OEE and correct if required and coach operators and leaders to improve. Maintain all files, which are related to monthly report. Verify data on regular basis. Report preparation for Monthly Safety and Production performance, presenting among the team. Weekly/Monthly Production KPI along with loss reasons with the help to Line Manager , share with Production Manager. Safety Parameters tracking : Incident Investigation, CAPA closure, PTRA, BOS, Good Catch, Near miss etc. and submit weekly report to Sr. Production Manager. Responsible for day-to-day activities with line manager. Other jobs that manager assign for as per business need. Requirements: Academic: Must have: BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering. Related Work Experience : 2 -5 years of experience with SAP hands on knowledge (COR1, COR2, COR3/4/5/S/T/I/7, MB51 /52 , MMBE etc PP module) Competencies: Critical TECHNICAL (Function-Specific) Competencies: Speck, read and write English. Good computer knowledge. Should able to understand process, Should possess knowledge of Efficiency and Yield/ recovery Have knowledge of OEE. Proper documentation and Knowledge of GMP regulations Critical CORE (General Behavioral and Business) Competencies: should be good communicator, coordinator. should have sound analytical skill.
