Technology Innovation Specialist-LV Switchgear

Are you passionate about exploring emerging technologies and shaping the future of electrical systems Join our CTO Office as a Technology Innovation Specialist and be at the forefront of innovation in the Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear domain. As a Technology Innovation Specialist, your main responsibilities will include scouting and evaluating cutting-edge technologies in LV Switchgear, such as switches serving Industrial, Photovoltaic, BESS & Railway sectors. You will be involved in testing and validating new concepts for integration into products, supporting in productization by partnering with product management & Engineering teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build expertise in electronics and power electronics design, collaborate with academia to co-develop future-ready solutions, and drive innovation across existing and next-gen product lines. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a strong foundation in power systems, switchgear, and electronics. A passion for research, innovation, and continuous learning is highly valued. Experience in R&D or technology scouting, exposure to academic-industry partnerships, and knowledge of embedded systems or IoT in power systems are considered bonus points.
