The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their designated territory, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The manager will also be generating sales reports, forecasting, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent sales approach and customer satisfaction. Qualifications ▪︎Diploma/B.E in Electricals with 8-10 years sales experience of low voltage switchgear products. ▪︎ Sales skills, Sales Strategy, Sales Forecasting ▪︎ Ability to travel within the designated territory as required ▪︎ Experience in Panel Buillder and OEM Segment.

As a Technology Innovation Specialist, your main responsibilities will include scouting and evaluating cutting-edge technologies in LV Switchgear, such as switches serving Industrial, Photovoltaic, BESS & Railway sectors. You will be involved in testing and validating new concepts for integration into products, supporting in productization by partnering with product management & Engineering teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build expertise in electronics and power electronics design, collaborate with academia to co-develop future-ready solutions, and drive innovation across existing and next-gen product lines. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a strong foundation in power systems, switchgear, and electronics. A passion for research, innovation, and continuous learning is highly valued. Experience in R&D or technology scouting, exposure to academic-industry partnerships, and knowledge of embedded systems or IoT in power systems are considered bonus points.
