Technician (T1) - Mechanical (HW_Proto_7 ) - (On Contract)

You will be responsible for assisting in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems for drone assemblies. Your role as a Mechanical Technician will involve ensuring that all structural components are correctly fitted, functioning, and meeting design specifications. This is crucial in the delivery of high-quality and reliable drones for various applications. Your key responsibilities will include following technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to guarantee precision and accuracy during mechanical assembly. You will also be tasked with fitting and securing parts with proper alignment, torque specifications, and fastening integrity. Additionally, integrating mechanical components with electrical and electronic systems as necessary will be part of your duties. Testing and calibration of mechanical systems to verify functionality, durability, and balance will be essential. Calibration of moving parts such as propellers and gimbals to ensure optimal performance will also fall under your purview. Routine maintenance on mechanical components to prevent wear and tear, as well as diagnosing and repairing mechanical failures or damage to ensure operational safety and efficiency, will be key aspects of your role. The desired skills for this position include proficiency in drilling, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) systems, tool & die operations, understanding of dimensions, and cutting techniques.
