About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in updating all the knowledge repository, architecture diagram, API documents, weekly/monthly trackers and engineering reports 2. Work proactively in a fast-paced environment 3. Manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment Requirements: 1. Have 1 year to 3 years of experience in technical writing 2. Demonstrate basic knowledge of writing API documentation using Swagger or Postman 3. Show familiarity with Confluence and JIRA and proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint 4. Understand Simplified Technical English (STE) and possess strong verbal communication skills 5.
