Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to support our manufacturing division in identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive bids and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tendering process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze tender opportunities from government bodies, private clients, and online portals. Study tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, etc.) to assess requirements and feasibility. Experience working with government tenders and e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, etc.). Knowledge of costing, supply chain, and production planning processes. Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, procurement, engineering, legal) to gather necessary information for bid preparation. Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial bid documentation. Ensure that bids comply with all client requirements, legal regulations, and internal policies. Monitor and track submitted tenders and maintain an updated database of all tender activities. Follow up on tender status and provide post-submission clarifications or documentation as required.
