Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer support. The role involves resolving technical issues, analyzing problems, and delivering effective solutions to enhance customer experiences.
