Job Description

You are a Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing hands-on support to clients within the attendance management and access control domain. With at least 2 years of experience, proficiency in SQL, and previous exposure to biometric punching systems, you have the opportunity to advance your career with us. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Ideally, you hold a BE in Electronics & Communication or an equivalent qualification. Your networking skills are robust, encompassing a strong grasp of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing concepts. You possess hands-on experience in LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting, along with familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and network security principles. Knowledge of SQL is considered a valuable asset. As a crucial member of our support team, you will be working full-time in rotational shifts at our in-person work location.
