Understanding the competitive landscape, pricing, and proposal models is crucial. You will determine when additional company resources are required to address specific sales and technical issues, documenting activities in the CRM program. Staying current with industry technology changes and company objectives is expected. You may lead the company into new, profitable revenue streams. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes is mandatory. Actively participating and contributing to training and educational programs is encouraged. Routinely assessing time management effectiveness and preparing reports, quote delivery, assisting with opportunity creation, and revisions are part of the role. Responding to miscellaneous channel partner and customer requests is also expected. You should have ten years of sales experience, including IT-oriented sales, with knowledge of computers, servers, storage, and the ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers. Prior Channel Sales Experience OR Territory Sales Representative experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is also required for this role, with 15% travel expected.
