Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients across industries like construction, manufacturing, railways, and infrastructure.
• Promote and sell hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, spare parts, and AMCs.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and coordinate job card approvals with service teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and build long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions and site support.
• Maintain and update CRM for all leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel tracking.
• Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and product innovations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4-7 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in hydraulics or heavy equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and proposal generation tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to industrial sites and client locations.
