• Proficiency in proposal management tools, documentation platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

• Write and structure high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documents for prospective and existing clients.
  
• Collaborate with technical architects and engineers to understand solution design and translate it into client-facing documents.
  
• Provide technical solutions and write solution overviews tailored to specific client requirements using open-source tools and platforms.
  
• Estimate project timelines, resources, and cost for proposed solutions in coordination with project management and engineering teams.
  
• Develop reusable technical content, templates, and assets to support the proposal development process.
  
• Ensure that all proposals are aligned with client needs, project goals, and organizational capabilities.
  
• Maintain version control and ensure timely delivery of all technical documents and proposals.
