Technical Project Manager - .Net || SQL || Immediate Joiner (10+ years for Noida/ Faridabad)

As a Technical Project Manager specializing in .NET and SQL technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable architectures, leading development teams, and ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance. The primary focus of this role is to successfully execute the company's business mission through the development and deployment of various projects. Your responsibilities will include understanding business issues and effectively communicating technical alternatives to senior decision-makers, interacting with clients for requirement gathering and analysis, designing and applying appropriate project management standards, analyzing project scope, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation, and risk analysis. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to small teams of programmers, tracking and reviewing project progress, working with Senior Managers on multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring project performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, developing project schedules, and managing the production of deliverables. Additionally, you will be involved in researching, documenting, and providing support to Senior Managers on project tasks, communicating progress to clients, managing project risks, and ensuring compliance with change control and configuration management processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a high level of motivation, solid business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand and capture both business and technical requirements. Solutioning and architecting solutions, as well as having a sound experience in software project implementations, are essential skills for this position. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an MBA/PMP or any technical certification considered an added advantage. A strong understanding and hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, MVC, Web API, Angular framework, MySQL, JavaScript, and JQuery are required. Familiarity with Agile Development processes (Scrum) is preferred. You should have at least 10+ years of work experience, including 7+ years of developing or leading medium to large web applications, and 2-4 years of project management experience. Prior experience in managing a team of developers is necessary for this role.
