Technical Product Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead end-to-end product execution across engineering and QA teams. You will work at the intersection of technology and product, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions. Experience with AI technologies, consumer apps, and driving product innovation is a strong plus.

What youll do:Sprint & Delivery Managemento Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and on-time deliveryo Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high-quality releaseso Track sprint velocity, bugs, and deployment success Technical Supporto Help in triaging the L2-L3 issues and prioritizing their fixes and patch management.o Provide technical implementation support for new customer implementation & solutioning by working with services team. Documentationo Keep all technical documentation and trackers. Technical Product Ownershipo Translate product requirements into detailed technical specso Support decisions on system architecture, scalability, and tech debto Prioritize new features, technical enhancements, and production issues Cross-functional Collaborationo Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, and Designo Drive alignment through regular syncs, stand-ups, and documentationo Ensure a feedback loop from stakeholders to engineering teams AI & Product Innovationo Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML in user experience, automation, and personalizationo Work with data scientists and engineers to scope and integrate AI-driven featureso Stay up to date on AI trends and translate them into practical product use cases Quality & Testingo Collaborate with QA to define testing strategy (manual + automated)o Ensure performance, stability, and quality of releaseso Monitor live issues and coordinate quick resolutions Product Analytics & Insightso Use data to drive decisions and measure impact of releaseso Continuously optimize product flows based on user behavior and feedback

Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in product management or technical program management Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and QA practices Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub Proven experience working closely with engineering and QA teams Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in products Experience with consumer apps is highly preferred Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills
