In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing the Technical aspects of the premises. Responsible for independently handling Technical operations & facility management. Handling the Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Components across all common areas of the property Coordinating with agencies involved in Engineering, Soft Services, Logistics and Finance for project related activities. Will be handling the Operations & Maintenance of Distribution Transformers, DG Sets, UPS system, , ACBs and Electrical components to reduce breakdowns and downtime to minimum. Conducting energy audits to ensure adherence to organizational parameters and supervising regular inspections to prevent accidents and assure safety norms. Analyze Technical and Functional problems; ensure speedy resolution of the same. Execute projects & project related works in terms of Electrical, Civil & HVAC. Conduct weekly meetings and generating Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly report. Arrange Quotations, billing with contractors & vendors for maintenance & new Installations as well as for improvement of present electrical system. Qualifications Candidate must be a BE (Electrical) with 6 -11 years of experience in facility management and utility maintenance. Should have prior experience of handling the role independently. Youll need between Six and Eleven years experience in utility maintenance in Facility (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. An eye for detail Youll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables. Great organisational skills Youll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your teams or clients changing requirements.
