Description We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in HL7 to guide our development team in creating robust healthcare integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HL7 standards, programming, and a passion for improving healthcare data exchange. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of HL7 integration solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HL7 interfaces and data exchange. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations. Skills and Qualifications 5-9 years of experience in HL7 integration and implementation. Strong understanding of HL7 standards and protocols. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with healthcare data formats and interoperability standards. Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
