Technical Lead

As a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with expertise in Golang for backend development and React.js for frontend applications, you will play a crucial role in leading a cross-functional team, making architectural decisions, reviewing code, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability of our product. Your key responsibilities will include handling the tenant for the product, leading and mentoring a team of developers proficient in Go (backend) and React (frontend), designing scalable, secure, and performant architecture for product development, and collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will be expected to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Go and React, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the system through monitoring, profiling, and load testing, as well as leading agile ceremonies such as planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Go, React, and modern engineering practices will also be essential to your role. **Technical Skills Must-Have:** - Strong experience in Golang and Go-based web frameworks (e.g., GRPC). - Deep knowledge of React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Experience in RESTful API design. - Understanding of Microservices, gRPC, and API Gateway concepts. - Experience with databases (Dgraph, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.). **Nice-to-Have:** - CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). - Git and version control workflows. - Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ). - Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). **Soft Skills & Leadership:** - Proven ability to lead and inspire a development team. - Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and performance management. - Strong bias for action and ownership. **Education:** - B.
