You are a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in software development, specializing in Node.js and TypeScript. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the backend development team, guiding projects from inception to delivery. You should have deep expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, along with proficiency in Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and NoSQL databases. Your role will also involve mentoring junior developers, overseeing technical decision-making, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of backend solutions.
