Technical Lead | Engineering Team

You will be responsible for owning end-to-end infrastructure architecture, setup, provisioning, and long-term maintenance by liaising with internal teams such as IT Team, InfoSec, and SRE. This includes setting up core infrastructure in Azure for development, staging, and production environments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, setting up relevant instrumentation and alerting for applications in production, ensuring compliance, application security, and information security signoffs, as well as handling infrastructure maintenance and upgrades. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements in-depth, assist in writing the PRD, provide insights on the right way to implement solutions for better user experience, finalize application architecture, and design applications and data, including API design, code organization, code review, and quality assessment. You will also be involved in planning, executing, and delivering development scope through developers, optimizing sprint velocity to minimize overall delivery timelines, ensuring application reliability and zero downtime, and implementing best practices for application sustenance such as proactive notifications. The required skills and competencies for this role include hands-on experience in implementing Spring Boot/Java-based web applications, familiarity with ReactJS or similar frameworks, exposure to problem-solving and solutioning in collaboration with product managers and UI designers, and experience with CI/CD and software engineering processes including application security and sprint planning.,
