In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop, manage, and implement solutions for multi-functional teams focused on the Oil & Gas industry.
- Handle existing product implementations and lead internal R&D initiatives.
- Analyze and solve customer requests and issues with excellent analytical skills.
- Demonstrate deep commitment to quality, self-improvement, and team-oriented development.
- Review technical design specifications to ensure they meet business and customer requirements.
- Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing processes.
- Track and resolve issues, ensuring that all development is completed on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate between technical resources and business partners, ensuring thorough understanding of technologies, systems, and processes used in project objectives.
- Gather and document client business processes and requirements, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Interact with different client groups to provide technical support.
- Assist teams with planning and designing business processes and systems.
- Write user documentation as needed, and organize client training sessions (both formal and informal).
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in software development.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical equivalent.
- Experience with internet-based systems and web-based application development.
- 5+ years of experience in C# development, with at least 1 year of experience in ASP.NET. Experience with Windows Services, WCF services, or Web API is a plus.
- Understanding of the Microsoft .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/JSON, and other programming languages/tools.
- Exposure to MVC, WPF, Entity Framework, JavaScript Frameworks, Java/J2EE, or log4net is a plus.
- Development and administration experience with SQL Server 2012 or later, with a solid understanding of TSQL, stored procedures, and database performance optimization (table indexing, query optimization, etc.). Familiarity with Oracle and/or other relational databases is a plus. Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
- Experience with administering and configuring Windows Internet Information Services (IIS), Windows MSMQ, Active Directory / ADAM / ADLDS / LDAP is a plus.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft SSRS.
- Experience with developing custom interfaces between software solutions using Web API/Web Services, Microsoft SSIS, OLEDB, XML, PIDEX, CSV, or Excel. Exposure to SCADA, OSI PI, and other historians is a plus.

- Experience with project lifecycles from requirements to support transition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills.
- Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Experience with Visio and Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with business requirements, assisting teams in delivering solutions that meet both needs.
- Experience with new product development and release cycles in a Professional Services/Technology Solutions environment is a plus, as is experience working with distributed and overseas teams.
